Warranty Replacement

Only Certified Pre-Owned clubs come with the same 1-year limited warranty against defects you get with any new Callaway Golf club purchase.

The promise of a great Certified Pre-Owned club doesn't stop when you hit the course. Just like any new Callaway Golf product, a Certified Pre-Owned club comes with a warranty against defects. That means if something happens to your club that is directly related to an original manufacturing defect, we'll fix or replace it. No questions asked.

What is covered?

Broken shafts or detached heads.

  • Any shaft-break within 8 inches of the hosel (head).
  • If there is an epoxy failure and the club head comes loose from the shaft.
  • Both pieces of club must be available for return/exchange.

Head Failure - Cracked Heads or Collapsed Faces

  • Composite cracking not due to direct impact with a golf ball.
  • Face indentions or cracks not due to misuse or impact with items other than a golf ball.

What is not covered?

Damage caused outside of play

  • Transport Damage: Closed in trunk, Air travel, Bag fell off cart, etc.

Inappropriate ball strikes

  • Ball strikes on crown or shaft can cause cracks or breakage. The crown and shaft are not designed to absorb the impact of a ball strike.

Paint chips or pop up marks

  • Paint chips or “Pop Up Marks” caused by ball strikes will not be covered under warranty.

If you have a warranty claim within the first 90 days of your purchase, Callaway Golf Pre-Owned will replace your item at no charge immediately. We will create a replacement order and send it to you with a free return shipping label. Once you receive the replacement, you may use the same box and label to return the warrantied item.

If you have a warranty claim outside of the first 90 days of your purchase, we will provide a free electronic return label to return the warrantied items. Once we receive the items we will then ship an expedited replacement order at no charge.
